Yours In Christ, John Phillips Updated Prayer List: July 16, 2008 ~ Known Prayer Requests This Week ~ The Family of Aster Johnston – in the loss of Aster last weekend, Funeral today @ 1:00 in Pocahontas, AR John Ruffins & Family – in the loss of his aunt, Lillie Mae Brown, on yesterday, Funeral services this Saturday at McAlmont Church of Christ Shelly McMahan – (daughter of John Murdock), in the lost of her unborn baby, Jack Patrick Chad Tappe & Family – in the loss of his grandmother who passed away in FL Mary Kilmer – serious health concerns in St. Vincent’s Hospital LR, CCU Bed #14, going to hospice care this week! Issac & Angela Alexander – (friends of Brad Williams), health concerns for her father diagnosed with brain tumor Barbara Pounders – had a fall at home and suffered a stress fracture of her right knee Mary Jo Wade – (mother of Keith Wade), health concerns, suffered a fall at home and broke her hip, recovering from surgery in Conway hospital April Lowe – (daughter of Georgia Walker), health concerns in military hospital in Germany Dorothy (Bernice) Parker - (sister of Bro. Johnnie Lawrence), recovering from surgery at AR Heart Hospital in LR Monica Winkler & Family – (one of the Day School moms), in the loss of her 14 year old son of an overdose last week Mary Light – health concerns Pam Wilson – health concerns with blood pressure problems Candice Schrock – health concerns, recently diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, now undergoing chemotherapy treatments Mary Jones – (cousin of Velma Kidd), health concerns in UAMS Hospital in LR Robert Jackson – (father of Charles Jackson), health concerns, recovering at home with Charles & Barbara in Scott, AR Catherine Walker – (aunt of Teresa Brazil, a co-worker of Lyn Poinsett), health concerns in Baptist Hospital LR Rm. #357 Lee Rollins, Jr. – (friends of the Ramseys), injured on a scouting trip in NC, subsequent examination discovered tumors on his kidneys, now doctors concerned about blood clots! Charlie Realmonte – (friend of Karen Beason), health concerns, recently diagnosed with a rapidly developing form of cancer Tenita Shannon – (co-worker of Sandra Davis), health concerns for her mother, Mrs. Shannon, who is diabetic & having trouble with circulation in her feet Christopher Brown – (son of Jerry & Karen Brown), request prayers for their son to obey the gospel, & please continue to pray for Jerry’s health concerns! Carolyn Stafford – suffered a broken arm in a fall at home, underwent surgery last week & now recovering at home! Rick Barger – health concerns, hospitalized last week with chest pains, now recovering at home! Bill Johnson – (friend of Bob & Ann Perry), health concerns, Bill is minister of the Springfield Gardens Church of Christ, in New York, is in hospital with health issues & request our prayers! Denise Smith & Family - (co-worker of Tracy Sanchez), health concerns for ex-husband, David, recently diagnosed with Leukemia, requests prayers for them and their two children, Matt and Jake. Peggy Loyd – (friend of Laura Brown), health concerns, recently diagnosed with cancer Mary Johnson – (acquaintance of Lora Ballinger), health concerns, recovering from back surgery at St. Vincent’s Hospital in NLR Shelly & Kevin Ussery – prayers for spiritual strength as they deal with health concerns for Shelly’s dad, Billy Skinner Rodney & Sylvia Stoner – (friends of Mary Light), Rodney has throat cancer and Sylvia has non-contagious TB, both in treatment at this time. Please pray for him during this difficult time. Nikki, age 13 years Nikki is recovering from a head injury. Her family asks that you pray for her. Hannah, age 1 month Hannah was born prematurely; her family asks that you pray for her. *Please pray for all the families who are struggling with faith issues during these difficult times in their children’s lives!
