through counseling, fellowship, hospitality, and preaching and teaching on
a rotational basis. |

toward becoming a mature congregation with elders, deacons, and the

A Counseling Ministry
offered to families in the community is uncharted territory and will
utilize Nathan's abilities. |

Outreach such as an
after-school program, VBS, Mom's Day Out, and other such programs which
involve developing and building curriculum will utilize Kristen and
Stacey's strengths. |
| c.) |
Outreach programs for
teenagers in an effort to develop a Youth Ministry program will utilize
John Anthony's talents. |
| d.) |
Other evangelistic efforts
will include literature mailings to set up Bible studies, small group
Bible studies with an emphasis on outreach, facilitating U.S. campaign
efforts, a YMCA ministry, involvement with area primary schools, and
eventually a campus ministry. |

Reaching out to people
through personal relationships - not programs. To that end we will involve
ourselves in community life and develop purposeful relationships through
various organizations and personal interests. |
